tsk tsk...I wonder how much time does the referee need to think, think, think..ignoring what was just replayed...

hindi maunawaan ng iba kung bakit kailangang magparusa ng Diyos na mapagmahal at mapagpatawad. This boxing match is a nice illustration on why God must exercise justice too.

some observers count as many as 20+ low-blows and all the offender received was warnings. Not a single point was ever deducted. Instead of being punished, Mares was even awarded a knock-down.

Update: IBF orders a rematch. Tiyak, iba na ang referee.

    Paul
    Kelan daw kayato kua Manny?

"In accordance with IBF/USBA Rule 3.D., the IBF is ordering a rematch between Joseph Agbeko and Abner Mares for the IBF Bantamweight title which must be held within the next 120 days or by December 14, 2011."

mula 'yan sa official statement ng IBF; they even bypassed some steps in the process. Normally, they would have to wait for the official protest from the aggrieved party (Agbeko)-- the other side (Mares or Mora) will present their defense and a panel will have to deliberate on the data gathered. Pero sa kasong ito, shortcut na ang process. Very obvious kasi sa video na mali talaga ang officiating.
